A look behind the results.
Verena spent years in the plastics manufacturing sector before making the switch to the agency side! This dual-perspective experience makes all the difference! A bit of yoga here and there, zero interest in cat videos, and a calendar that's optimized to perfection. And if she ends up with a headache at the end of the day—well, she probably just needed to debug her hydration levels. Will she drink more tomorrow? Probably not, but we still love her workflow!

Inga translates polyurethane chemistry and technical terminology into marketing language – and considers that perfectly normal. Ukrainian by origin, international in outlook and at home in the world of plastics and PU: the more unwieldy the term, the greater the joy. She considers the fact that a day has only 24 hours a design flaw – although she still loves precision, preferably in the form of Swiss watches. She is fully aware of the irony. She loves dogs, always seems to be hungry and unwinds with Muay Thai. It sounds intense, but for her it is mainly a source of calm: the only place where her mind finally gets to take a break.

Before moving into the world of marketing, Samuel spent years working as a project manager in the mechanical engineering industry. When he isn’t managing client relationships, he manages several beehives. He also loves travelling the world with his entire family, collecting languages along the way like other people collect Pokémon cards.

Language, technology and artificial intelligence all trigger the same instinct in Martina: understand how something works before talking about it. Originally a linguist, then an online marketer, she joined Conquest after spending many years abroad. Today, she explains specialist vehicles in a way that turns technical data into purchasing decisions, maintains close relationships with her clients and shows them – as well as her own team – where AI becomes more than a meeting topic and actually gets work done. What has remained is a curiosity that no instruction manual can deter, and a playful streak that treats every new AI task as a puzzle to be solved. In her spare time, she can be found cycling, swimming or out on a trail – accompanied by music that the rest of the team can only tolerate through headphones.

Matthias is a project manager. That may not sound particularly exciting at first – until you see just how many threads he keeps together at once. Between schedules, coordination and clients, he maintains an overview and usually finds a solution before anyone else has even noticed the problem. Technical products fascinate him both professionally and privately. And tractors? They stir roughly the same emotions in him that sports cars do in other people. When projects run smoothly and deadlines are met, there’s a good chance Matthias had a hand in it.

Katja designs, feels equally at home working at monumental scale and on the tiniest details, and will find even the pixel nobody knew was missing. She loves clean design with a touch of eccentricity, but the fun stops when the wrong font weight appears. She writes lists for her lists and drinks coffee in quantities that are no longer entirely reasonable. Outside the agency, she can often be found in musty ice rinks as a hockey mum. She is completely powerless against cat videos – or any animal videos, for that matter.

Theresa sits somewhere between graphic designer and project manager – a rare hybrid species. Right where design needs to look good, deadlines still exist and nobody should ever say, “Can you just do this quickly?” With formal training and years of agency experience behind her, she knows exactly what works – and what is guaranteed to cause problems later. The result: a sharp eye, a highly structured mind and a healthy dislike of last-minute changes. She looks after clients large and small, thinks design through to final execution and spots details before anyone has the chance to miss them. She also plans things so precisely that even calendars get a little nervous. In her spare time, she continues designing – usually in her own garden and never far from an animal that immediately understands who is in charge.

This South Tyrolean loves his job. That’s useful for the agency and its clients, but somehow also a little suspicious. Whether it’s a flyer or an entire campaign, as long as he gets to design it. His answer to almost every problem is: “Easy.” Pumpkin, avocado and cream are consistently ignored. He regularly injures himself while playing sport. And when he drives, the only thing slower than the car is his complete lack of urgency.

Mouhamed is the agency’s creative multitool and truly comes into his own when the mainstream takes a break. He thrives on creative, unconventional ideas that charmingly turn the usual rules upside down. If a cheerful soundtrack drifts through the agency, it isn’t the radio – it’s probably Mouhamed whistling, because absolutely nothing can disturb his calm. With his sense of humour, he always has the team laughing and proves every day that great output and complete relaxation are a perfect match.

Josi thinks in pictures and illustrates with a keen sense of visual impact. She feels most at home somewhere between quiet magic moments and a healthy willingness to experiment. She likes to hum while she works and stays curious until an idea becomes something special. She watches horror films to relax and sneezes so loudly that reality briefly shakes throughout the office.

Iris – the German girl. Originally from a completely different industry, but sometimes life simply takes the better turn. That’s how she became not only a graphic designer, but also ended up in Austria. Structure, organisation, speed and precision all come as standard. Sounds pretty German? In this case, it is. Add to that a generous amount of patience. Cake and sweets do little to excite her, but she is always happy to bring something delicious in for her colleagues.

Roswitha has been part of Conquest for more than 20 years and keeps the accounts, paperwork and agency in order. Very little escapes her eye when it comes to tidiness – and anyone who leaves something lying around will usually hear about it directly. Sporty, stylish and always equipped with a good sense of humour, she keeps a clear head even when things get hectic.

Christoph creates our 3D worlds. Precise. Meticulous. And usually more beautiful than reality. When he isn’t bringing technical products to life, he loses himself in history, discusses Kubrick or is graciously tolerated by cats. Perspective, lighting and perfection? All under control. Only with cats does the cat always have the final say.
